The client is an individual based in the USA who has developed a web application for a rewards and recognition platform designed for employees. Employee engagement was negatively impacted by infrequent recognition. Because there was no structured program for recognition and awards, the company's current initiatives were haphazard, inconsistent, and carried out in silos. The client decided it was a top priority that needed to be addressed and started looking for fair, equitable, and consistent technology throughout the organization. To handle their rewards and recognition program, they needed a role-based web app with an approval system. It was getting more and harder to run and monitor the Rewards and recognition program using Excel sheets as the business and workforce grew. The client acknowledged that a small portion of its personnel were being recognized and rewarded by its reward and recognition program. In order to encourage values-driven behavior, the team intended to design a reward and recognition web app with a seamless user experience.

Dashboard reports allowed departments to compete among themselves to outperform one another and earn prizes
