And that’s how the client came to an idea of developing Stride application exercise, social connection and mental health go hand-in-hand.
Challenges
This fitness app is helpful for those who want to exercise more but don't for various reasons. The client wanted to develop an app where users can track and manage their exercise progress using countless apps. Also, no app is able to provide a simple way to find a workout partner. Users must be able to set targets and goals since doing so creates a goal tracker that will guarantee they reach their fitness aims. Users must be able to add images, 3D animated models, and video examples of exercises and workouts to the app. Allow customers to combine the two, create their own regimens, or use a collection of preset exercises. For this, you'll need a well-organized, searchable content library.
Solutions
We combined several capabilities to make it easier for customers to find a workout partner, a personal trainer, or a fitness boot camp.
To schedule workouts and fitness events, use the calendar tool.
They can be influenced by others and motivated to work out.
It is doable to keep daily records of the calories you consume.
Exercises are tailored to each individual and categorized for the various body regions.
